About UHNW.ai
UHNW.ai is an independent directory of the software behind serious private wealth — consolidated reporting, entity accounting, document AI and operations — written for the people who have to choose it.
Educational only — not financial, legal or investment advice. Decisions at this level warrant professional diligence. Treat these pages as a starting map, and your counsel, accountants and advisers as the territory.
Why this site exists
The wealthtech market talks past its buyers. Vendors publish no pricing, analysts sell their coverage back to the vendors they cover, and the "reviews" that rank in search are written by people who have never reconciled a custodian statement. Meanwhile a lean family office — often two to ten people carrying a nine- or ten-figure obligation — has to make infrastructure decisions with less independent information than a consumer buying headphones.
UHNW.ai is the reference we thought should exist: the credible platforms organised by the job each one actually does, honest about what is verified and what is a vendor's claim, specific about which shape of office each product fits, and plain about how this site makes money. The AI coverage follows the same rule — we describe where AI genuinely earns its keep in an office today, and we say so when a capability is marketing.
Who it's for
Family-office executives and CFOs, principals building or fixing an office, and the advisors, attorneys and consultants who run diligence on their behalf. The register is deliberate: sophisticated, discreet, allergic to being sold to. If you want hype about AI replacing your investment committee, we'll save you the scroll — wrong site.
How we stay independent
Plainly: most vendors in this directory pay us nothing. The enterprise platforms' links route to their own sites, and we earn nothing when you request a demo. A minority of listings — mostly the operational tools — are supported through affiliate programs, and any future referral or sponsorship agreement with an enterprise vendor will be marked on the listing it concerns. Support never sets a platform's place in our order, or a caveat; every review states our relationship with that vendor on the page. The scoring rubric is published in full in our methodology, and the money is itemised in our disclosure.
Corrections
This market changes and vendors evolve. If a detail here is out of date — or you've been through an implementation that contradicts something we've written — we want to know:hello@aiautomation.engineer. Accuracy is the product.
